Welcome to the premier womenʼs fishing club of the midwest. 2012 will be our sixth year going strong and we continue to improve our events and add new members. If you are a Women who loves to fish, you should join us on one of our many adventures. Our annual dues are $25 if you join by Feb 1st. This year we are having a special membership drive. All person who join or renew their membership by Feb. 1st will be entered into a drawing to fish with Marianne Husky, the top female touring pro in the USA. Join her on the bay of Green Bay, where pulling in monster walleyeʼs is all in a days work. In addition to having your name in the drawing, every new menber that you refer, will get you another entry in the drawing, so start sending those female anglers our way.
We are a non profit club and collects dues. With that money, we buy a liability insurance policy that protects each member, pays for the web site, covers administrative costs and continues to produce quality group fishing events for you to attend. Many events are free and other events have a fee to cover costs. Many events are instructional and some are casual outings. We have several events that are held annually and others that are a one time outing. We have been to Canada, the Great Lakes, the mighty Mississippi, and many inland lakes all throughout WI.
Many women say they fished as a kid and have not been out much as an adult. Some Women love to fish but have no one to go with. Others go fishing but want to improve their skills. One thing all members have in common is a love for fishing. We are able to help new beginners who are interested in learning to fish. We offer classes in Ice Fishing, Summer Fishing, and thanks to Lund Boats we now offer a boating basics class.
We invite you to join our club and also join us on our Facebook page. Non paying members can still join the Facebook page but all events are for paid members only. Some events have limited space so we encourage you to sign up early to secure your spot. Last year was the first year we had to turn women away at several events do to reaching our capacity.
