Come join the fun in Canada this August! We are making a trip to Skyline Lodge on Florence Lake in Perrault Falls Aug 25th through Sept 1st.
It will be like the summer camp you never got to attend when you were a kid. Skyline Lodge is the only resort on this lake and offers great fishing , “Because our guests are the only fishermen on Florence Lake, the quality of fishing keeps them coming back year after year. Test your skills against the mighty northern pike, small mouth bass or bring in a meal of mouth-watering walleye or perch.”
The resort also offers boats for us to use free of charge. “Our 16 ft. boats come complete with comfortable swivel seats, landing nets, minnow buckets and are gassed daily.” Each boat will comfortably seat 3 women. Go out for the entire day or just a few hours, you decide!
Of course, no summer camp experience would be complete without games and contests. We will be having a fishing tourney, cards, campfires, games and even some crafts.
The cost for the week of fishing and fun is only $250 per person. This includes your lodging, boat use and activities. You will need to plan for your own food and water/drinks, bait and fishing license.
Accommodations will be in well stocked cabin/cottages just steps away from the lake. Many cabins have decks and all cabins have bedding, fully equipped kitchens, charcoal grills and fantastic views of the lake.
You will need a passport for this trip. Although Canada does not require one to enter, the US requires it to come back across the border.
