This has to be one of our favorite events. Walleye fishing in the the Wolf River is some of the best in the midwest.  We have rented the entire Rend Banks  resort and we are ready to fish. One of the good things about this trip, is the shore fishing is excellent. We have several large piers that we have access to and we are dialed into the methods that catch fish there.
For boat owners, there is a launch on sight and some pier parking is available. You should have some experience boating in current, and the current conditions at the time of our event will not be known until just prior to us getting there. Some times it’s not to bad and other years its raging. Something to check on for sure.

Spots on that boat are available to purchase for a small fee. Fee goes to the boat rental. We also reserved a pontoon boat and professional guide “ Bob”, who can take out two shifts of gals, 6 at time. Bob is one of the most experienced guides on that water and has owned Red Banks resort for over 30 year. Plus he is super fun!
Several of our members already have their groups together and are waiting for this event to open. I am saving some space for  new people who do not know anyone yet. Last year we had several first time event goers and now they are like one of the family.
If you want to come and fish for the day,  there is a $10  daily fee to fish off the piers.  You can pay that at the bar when you get there.
