Last year we did this and all year long the gals have been asking to go back. We have 9 shacks rented, These shacks sleep four people. The shacks are placed in a cluster off a plowed road. Its like we have our own little subdivision of shacks. The plowed road connects all the shacks so it is easy to walk from shack to shack.
The shacks are nice, and heated so well you can wear shorts if you want. They have a cook top stove, and propane lights. There is an outhouse outside.
The fishing. Walleye can be caught around the clock as well as pike, crappie, perch and other species. Shack have rattle reels so you never have to stop fishing.
Activities include a poker run, trick or treat, and a tip up tournament. We did these last year and they were so fun, everyone wanted a do over. Now I bet the trick or treat items will get even better. We sure had a lot of clever people coming up with great ideas. I hope you can join us. This event will be very popular. Last year we had a few special things happen. One gal sat on a Jigging Rapala. That was something. We had a huge fish fry during the tip up tournament and listened to the football game on the radio.
