Welcome to Wisconsin! Come and join us and you do not need a WI fishing license because it is free fishing weekend. We have a full weekend of non stop social distancing fun. On Saturday Jan 16th,

Saturday we meet at Parker Lake Lodge. Captain Barb Carey will give a clinic on Navionics. During the clinic, you will learn how to read the map, use the app, find a waypoint, mark a waypoint, leave a trail, and other features of the app. Have the app downloaded prior to getting there. I recommend purchasing the upgraded features so enable additional features.

Expect to be on your own for the fishing portion. Those walking out will be divided into groups. Anglers will be given GPS coordinates of fishing cribs I have marked in the lake. You can then walk out to the cribs and fish them. Those with on ice transportation can go to the further cribs.

There is access from the wayside on Hwy 82 and you can also access from Parker Lake Lodge. We will have the class in Parker Lake Lodge. Prepare to social distance and wear masks. Saturday, we spend the day fishing on Parker Lake.

Sunday gals are welcome to fish another Lake or go back to Parker Lake again. There are many small walk on lakes near by. The group is having an advanced class on Castle Rock Lake and gals with on ice transpiration are welcome to join in.
