Fish Camp is a long weekend of fishing, classes, networking and having fun. The event ticket includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night lodging, a goodie bag, a group meal, an event shirt, a friendly tournament, and access to all of the learning and fun that is Fish Camp! We ask that everyone arrive on Thursday and be settled in and ready to attend Opening Ceremonies at 6pm.
Price for the event will be $250. If you want Sunday night lodging, it will be an additional $35 and can be purchased with your registration or paid at the event…just make sure you let us know you’re staying. For those of you who live in the area, we have event tickets that excludes lodging for $150. If you would like a pass to fish on a rented pontoon, those will be available for purchase with your registration or at Fish Camp. You are welcome to gather a few of your non boat owning friends and rent your own boat if you wish.
For this event, we rent out 3 neighboring resorts. We take care of the lodging assignments, but there is space on the registration form to list any lodging requests and special accommodation requirements. We will do our best to meet your needs, based on the information you provide.
Our raffle will take place Friday and Saturday nights, so be sure to bring cash for raffle tickets. Julie changed the format this year and things are expected to run flawlessly! and thanks to Breanna, we have some amazing prizes rolling in!
Our theme this year is, Our Mission is Fishin’ or Mission: Fishin’. We have only received 4 submissions for the logo contest so far, so please get those turned in asap. Reminder that what you submit is considered the final draft and is what will be used for promo material and printed on the Fish Camp shirts.
Registration will open on Friday, August 11th at 7pm. 60 tickets will be sold, initially, and another 10 spots opened up later, once all the instructors and volunteers have their spots secured. Accepted forms of payment will be PayPal, credit card, and check. If sending a check, make out and send to WI Women Fish, PO Box 447, Oxford, WI 53952. If payment is not received within 7 days, your spot will be forfeited.
We are currently working on the schedule and will update everyone soon. We are changing the format a bit this year, so stay tuned for that exciting announcement as well.
*This event has a nonrefundable $20 event fee. In the event you need to cancel, refund will be given if and when we are able to fill your spot, less the $20 event fee.
