Join us for a weekend of sturgeon fishing on the Wisconsin River!
We’re kicking things off Friday night at Newport Park with a hands-on clinic to help you get geared up, learn tips, and connect with fellow anglers.
On Saturday, we’ve rented a pontoon boat to drop participants at shore spots that are not accessible by land—giving us exclusive access to some prime sturgeon territory!
Please note: The pontoon is equipped with a ladder for getting on and off. All attendees must be physically able to use a ladder safely.

Important Info:• A sturgeon tag is required if you plan to harvest a sturgeon, but we encourage catch and release.
• No tag is needed for catch and release during the open season.
• If you choose to keep a sturgeon, you’ll need to clean it yourself.
